Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review the requirements below before submitting your request.

  • Remain in their original condition and packaging
  • Show no signs of washing, odor, damage, or misuse

NOT RETURNABLE

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse

HOW TO START A RETURN

    Email support@keepgoingathletics.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. 02

    Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from the KGA team.

  3. 03

    Ship the item back within the approved return window.

REFUNDS AND APPROVAL

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by Keep Going Athletics.

Keep Going Athletics reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
