You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Show no signs of washing, odor, or damage
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted or sale items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse
  

Return Process

1. Email support@keepgoingathletics.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Ship item back within the approved window
   

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

KGA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
