At Keep Going Athletics, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 2-Year Product Guarantee covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship from the original purchase date.

Covered

• Stitching failures
• Fabric defects
• Structural or hardware issues caused by manufacturing
• Premature product failure unrelated to normal wear
  

Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper washing or care
• Accidental damage
• Alterations or modifications
• Misuse or negligence
• Cosmetic wear from regular use
  

Claim Process

All claims must be submitted via email with photos and order details.
Each claim is reviewed individually, and KGA reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturer defect or user-caused damage.

Resolution

If approved, we may:

• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Provide store credit
• Issue a refund (at our discretion)
