Keep Going Athletics was not born in a boardroom. It was built through adversity, rebuilding, and the decision to keep moving forward when quitting would have been easier.

KGA grew from personal experiences with setbacks, transformation, faith, discipline, and starting over. Those experiences became the foundation for a brand created for the fighters, the silent grinders, and the people who continue showing up when no one is watching.

KGA was not created only to make apparel. It was created to remind people that their story matters, their struggle has purpose, and their greatest victories may still be ahead.

JUSTIN HUMBLE

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Justin founded KGA after rebuilding his life through years of adversity. From losing 37 pounds following a malpractice surgery to working three jobs in Miami with only $140 to his name, his journey required sacrifice, faith, and relentless consistency.

His background in coaching and his own 65-pound physical transformation shaped a leadership style rooted in discipline, resilience, and personal responsibility. Today, he helps lead KGA with the belief that no matter how difficult life becomes, people can rise, rebuild, and keep going.

Nate rebuilt his life through faith, discipline, and the decision to rise beyond one of his darkest seasons.

Years of strength training and endurance sport reshaped his mindset, habits, and purpose. He brings that same resilience into KGA by building meaningful partnerships, strengthening the brand’s message, and helping more people see themselves in the Keep Going story.
